Having been promoted to the second section, Poole Borough Band is preparing to play Pilgrims Progress (Rodney Newton). It will be the return of the contest to Torquay Riviera Centre following lockdown and then its aquisition as the area’s vaccine centre. The contest tests bands in all sections from 4th to Championship across the weekend, with the second and championship section contest on Sunday the 12th March. We wont know what time we are playing until the day itself when the draw is made for the band order. If you’re passing, pop in and enjoy the music.
