Having been drawn to play first, we had to wait all day to find out we came third in the National Finals of the Brass Band Championships of Great Britain, in our section at Cheltenham. We qualified in March in Torquay at the south west area contest, where we came second.
The band would like to thank our Secretary Polly Dear, for making all the arrangements, and our MD Lloyd Bartlett for his hard work and for taking us so successfully to such a fantastic result!
